HSE Management Pillars
At KJC, we believe that no project is so urgent and no commercial opportunity so valuable that it justifies compromising the health and safety of our people, our partners, or the environment. Our HSE management system is built on international best practices and certified to ISO 45001:2018 and ISO 14001:2015 standards.
Occupational Health
Regular medical screenings, exposure monitoring, mental health programs, and ergonomic assessments for all personnel.
Workplace Safety
Comprehensive risk assessments, permit-to-work systems, job safety analysis, and energy isolation procedures for all field activities.
Environmental Protection
Waste management, spill prevention, emissions monitoring, and environmentally responsible sourcing to minimize our ecological footprint.
Emergency Response
Updated emergency response plans, quarterly evacuation drills, trained first-aid teams, and coordination with local emergency services.
Training & Competency
All KJC personnel undergo comprehensive HSE induction before deployment to any project site. Our TOT (Training of Trainers) certification from the International Academy for Building Capacity enables us to deliver in-house safety training programs. Ongoing training includes confined space entry, working at heights, fire safety, first aid, and hazardous materials handling.
